5. Consider an Order authorizing (i) the issuance of a maintenance tax note containing provisions governing the financing including rate, amortization, security and prepayment provisions as well as other conditions and covenants and (ii) a purchase and investment letter to pay for costs incurred in connection with paying maintenance and operations expenses and costs of issuance related to the proposed note.
